This three-story flagship biomedical research facility on the campus of Washington State University houses state-of-the-art BSL-2 and BLS-3 laboratories used to investigate emerging diseases throughout the world. Bouten implemented stringent quality control procedures aimed at meeting the performance requirements of these highly contained laboratories.
