Grant graduated from the University of Denver with an MBA/MSF in 2007. His professional experience includes senior consultant with FMI Corporation, CFO for LPR Construction, and interim president at Longbow Industries. At Bouten, Grant is responsible for financial reporting, assessing financial risks and opportunities, tracking budgets, evaluating banking and bonding relationships, treasury management, and assisting with policy and strategy decisions. In addition to overseeing Bouten’s HR department—which focuses on recruiting and retention, rewards and benefits, employee relations, and regulatory compliance—Grant serves as IT facilitator, ensuring that technology both in the office and in the field runs smoothly. He also manages the equipment department and is responsible for the shop, warehouse, yard, and asset acquisition and disposal.
