After earning her bachelor’s degree in communications and business from Eastern Washington University, Karlee took advantage of an impromptu opportunity to join the construction industry. It was then that she found her passion for building communities through relationships, critical thinking, dedication, and collaboration. As vice president of operations at Bouten, she’s responsible for growing an internal talent ecosystem with the organizational tools and resources to not only provide excellence in project delivery, but also bring exceptional value to both clients and partners. And as marketing and communications leader, she focuses on honoring Bouten’s legacy while ensuring continual evolution in ways that keep the company thriving for the next 80 years. A 2023 graduate of Whitworth University’s Institute of Leadership, Karlee serves on the board of trustees of Vanessa Behan.
