This project involved redevelopment of an existing 13-acre recreational area, including five illuminated natural-turf softball fields, six natural-turf soccer fields and two synthetic fields, a neighborhood park, and a 1,000-car parking area, as well as a softball concessions building, soccer restrooms, maintenance facility, soccer concession building, and several picnic shelters.
