Bouten’s preconstruction services helped the Catholic Diocese of Spokane manage a limited budget while incorporating donated materials into the project. The residential-style wood-frame building includes two wings: one with living space for seminarians, the other housing a 50-seat chapel, kitchen, dining and conference rooms, and greeting areas.
