Employing target value delivery, Bouten provided preconstruction services with a detailed focus on acoustics and framing solution options for the construction of this apartment tower and parking garage. The seven-story building—plus basement—consists of three levels of non-combustible construction with typical wood-framed multi-residential construction for the five levels above. The first floor contains apartments, a café, and amenity spaces; levels two through seven are repeating floor plans of studio, one-,  and two-bedroom apartments. The project also included hardscape improvements to the 50,000 SF site.
