An independent physician group retained Bouten to build this clinic and treatment facility under a strict budget. Through a collaborative process, Bouten worked with the design team to explore various building system options, then, during construction, the team focused on achieving efficient jobsite workflow, an effort that reduced labor costs by three percent.
