St. Joseph Regional Medical Center retained Bouten during a facility master planning process to provide early budgeting for an overall campus expansion plan. From this effort, the central energy plant was identified as the first project to be undertaken. During preconstruction, Bouten assisted the team in scoping the project to meet the health system funding allocation.
