Joya’s aging facility—formerly the Spokane Guild School—had begun to limit the organization’s ability to help children with disabilities and their families. Bouten worked with Joya over a 12-year period, first providing guidance during the property search, then leading the team through a Target Value Delivery process that ultimately resulted in a new facility being completed under budget—and the savings redirected toward helping children.
