Realizing an urgent need to address a campus parking shortage, Kadlec retained Bouten to assist in evaluating alternatives for building the medical center’s first parking garage. Following the feasibility phase, Bouten worked with the design team to analyze multiple structural systems, cladding scenarios, and stall configurations to maximize a tight budget.
