Over a three-year period, Bouten consecutively expanded and renovated three prototype elementary schools for Kennewick School District: Cascade, Lincoln, and Sunset View. With a unique opportunity to continuously improve the project delivery process on each school, Bouten took advantage of both the GC/CM process and Lean construction methods to shorten the schedule, reduce waste, and improve quality each step of the way.
