Because of the project’s relatively remote location, the team implemented a target-specific trade partner outreach strategy to facilitate involvement from surrounding areas, including Wenatchee, Seattle, and Spokane. The program included a new OR Suite, LDRP, Med/Surge, Imaging, PT, and back-of-house support—including a new kitchen and central plant.
