This rural primary care clinic located on a five-acre greenfield site in the Okanogan Valley includes twenty-four exam rooms, four treatment rooms, a drive-up pharmacy, open provider workspaces, and a community meeting room. In addition to providing preconstruction services that helped guide the team toward the target budget, Bouten garnered a high level of involvement from local workers and trade partners during construction.
