Working with the owner and the design team, Bouten developed cost estimates to evaluate various structural, mechanical, and electrical systems in order to achieve the best value from a limited budget. Bouten crews prefabricated the wood framing system off-site, reducing site congestion and cutting thirty days from the original schedule.
