Located within Spokane’s emerging University District, this four-story structure houses office and restaurant space along with an expansive central energy plant that provides heating, cooling, and electrical systems not only to the building itself, but also to others within the South Landing Development. Bouten’s team partnered with McKinstry on this innovative facility that serves as a model for sustainability.
