Bouten was brought on board during design development with the architect to develop a target budget and phasing plan. Working with the school district, the team performed a pull plan of all design and construction activities early in the process, and determined that by phasing construction of the project, significant portions could be turned over early, enabling use of the athletic facilities a full year in advance of the classroom addition.
