With the number of enplanements growing, the Port of Pasco realized they needed a strong GC/CM partner to help plan and build the largest-ever project at this thriving regional airport. Bouten played a critical role in helping maintain airport operations during the three-year construction period, which included both remodel and expansion work as well as TSA security improvements.
