Founded in 1944 by master craftsman Gus J. Bouten, Bouten Construction Company is a commercial general contractor and construction management firm with offices in Spokane and Tri-Cities, Washington.
We build technically complex and environmentally sustainable projects for the healthcare, life sciences, education, civic, multifamily, and commercial office markets in communities across the Inland Northwest, including eastern Washington, North Idaho, and northeastern Oregon.
Our company’s legacy rests not on eight decades’ worth of experience, nor on the range of building types or clients served.
