When Bouten first set out to achieve a Best Places to Work Inland Northwest designation in 2023, we never imagined we’d win the first year we entered—let alone receive that distinction three years in a row. Yet here we are. And when you consider that we’re one of only thirty-seven in our region this year, well…it’s truly an honor.
Here’s how the process works:
“What we ask from you is simple. Employers are asked to fill out an in-depth questionnaire about their company, while employees are asked to take a survey. These elements allow us to collect direct information and honest feedback about your workplace. We need both pieces to conduct a thorough analysis of your organization and complete a professional assessment to determine if you are one of the Best.”
We’ll spend some time combing through the data to learn what we do well and where we can continue to improve, but for now, we’re just going to say “Thank you”—to our clients, to our partners, and, most of all, to our people.
